Whether you’re attending a face-to-face meeting or holding a virtual meeting, it is vital that you are professional. This can include the following: 

  • Arriving 10 minutes before the start of the meeting
  • Park in the correct parking spaces available, not blocking any other vehicles in (face-to-face)
  • Ensure you have everything needed to hand
  • Smile, be polite and remember the positive mental attitude, it will help you more than you think
  • Introduce yourself 
  • Demonstrate positive body language
  • Remember your registration number the car you are driving (in case you need to provide it) (face-to-face)
  • Check the visitors’ book for competitor’s information
