What to Bring

When attending a client meeting, it is always better to be over prepared. There is nothing worse getting halfway through a meeting and realising that you have forgotten something, or the client brings a question up that would involve a physical showing i.e., staff profiles. Below is an outline of the necessities to take with you:

  • Notebook/pad
  • Working suitable pen (not one that is chewed at the end)
  • New client set up form
  • Terms and Conditions of Business
  • Branded Tezlom bag containing a brochure, marketing materials suchas stress balls and pens, pin up leaflets and business cards (if attending face to face)
  • Sweets treats e.g., chocolates or cakes – give them something to remember you by (if attending face to face)
  • Laminated Staff Profile (a dummy example one)
