Sourcing Leads – Indeed

Indeed is a great tool to source leads of companies that are actively recruiting staff.

This means when you call these companies, you are aware that they already have a staffing need, and you can use this to your advantage.

Below is an example of how to source a lead from Indeed.

• Open a Google Tab, and search ‘Support Worker (your area) Indeed’. This will bring up a list of results, with the top result being a tab where there is a list of jobs as a jobseeker. Click on this.

• Once you have clicked into this, you will see a list of vacancies and company names that clients are recruiting for as seen below.

• Write down the company name and open a separate tab on your browser as follows

• Type in the Company Name into the tab as follows. For example,  ‘Pinnacle Support Services’

• You will see the company website appear at the top of the browser as follows. Click into it.

• You will the get brought to the company home page as follows. You need to look for a ‘contact us’ tab as you will get either company phone number or email on here. Click this.

• Here you already have the company number, so make a note of this. You now have both company name, location, information about their services, and you now know they are actively recruiting.
