Updating your Google sheet:

Now that you have conducted the interview, you want to update the ‘notes after interview’ section in your google document (see below).

Here you would write your thoughts on the candidate e.g. Lovely woman, very chatty and enthusiastic, lots of experience, very suitable for the job’. It just allows you to recall that individual and what your thoughts were.
