How to arrange an interview with the client

Once you have drafted the candidates CV and sent it to the client, you should receive an email similar to the below (note: this is an example of a client wanting to arrange an interview with the candidate)

Client wanting to arrange an interview:

You now need to contact the candidate. You will call/text/email the candidate and ask if they are available for an interview on the given date and time.

The candidate can either:

Let you know they are available at the given time and date, in which you would then proceed to reply to the client, letting them know they are available and that you will confirm the interview with the candidate. See below for example:

  1. Let you know they are not available. You would then need to ask the candidate for a few days/times that they are available and send them to the client to see if any of them days/times work for them. Once a date and time has been confirmed, you will then need to confirm this with the candidate.
