Chasing feedback from the client

Once the interview has taken place, you will want to reach out to the client for feedback. You can do this by either:

1. Calling the client directly
2. Emailing the client

You will be told how the candidate did at interview, and whether they were offered the job/whether they would like to offer the candidate the job. Or, you will be told why the candidate was not successful at interview.
