Chasing feedback from the candidate

Once the interview has taken place, you will also want to reach out to the client for feedback. You can do this either:

  1. Calling the candidate directly
  2. Emailing/texting/messaging the candidate (see below for example)

The candidate will let you know how they think the interview went, whether they were still happy with the job role, and whether they would still like to continue with their application if they are offered the job.
