Successful Feedback & notifying the candidate

Below is an example of a successful interview and feedback from the client.

You will now need to inform the candidate that they have been successful. You can do this in 1 of 2 ways: 

  • Telephone – Let them know that you have some great news and they would love to offer them the job, then ask if they would like to accept/decline the job. 

Email/message/text – See example below:

The candidate will then get back to you to let you know whether you accept the job or reject the job. See example below of a candidate accepting the job. You will then need to inform the client of their acceptance/rejection.
