Recycling Candidate

If a candidate is unsuccessful at interview or the interview didn’t go ahead, and you believe the candidate to be suitable for another role, you can re-use this candidate and pitch them to another client.

First, you must seek approval form the candidate before putting them forward to another client/job role. Give them some information about the role, the place itself, how far it is from their location, and ask them if they would like you to send their CV over (you can do this either via email or over the phone)

If the candidate is happy for you to put their CV forward for the job, you would send an email to the client as normal. See below for example.
